Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

To start a return or exchange, email us at engage@blacklabel-enterprise.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the details and walk you through the next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Email us right away if you need to change or cancel an order. Orders are typically processed and packed within 2-3 business days, and once an order enters that process we can't guarantee a change or cancellation — so the sooner you reach out, the better our chances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at engage@blacklabel-enterprise.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
