Blacklabel Enterprise packs and ships every order in-house, usually within 2-3 business days. U.S. delivery typically takes another 3-5 business days after that. Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $70.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Email us first and we'll walk you through an exchange or a refund.

How to start a return

Email Blacklabel Enterprise with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the details and get it sorted — no queue, no ticket number, just the people who made the shirt.
